Alma has a degree in Business Administration. Her love for the art of beauty led her to continue her education and become a Cosmetologist. She received her Diploma in Advanced Aesthetics, Medical Aesthetics, Hairstyling, Electrolysis and Make up Artistry as well as Laser Technician.
She started in the skincare industry as a beauty consultant in 2001 and had her own Salon and Spa in Mexico. She had worked in different upscale spas in Ontario and since 2009 has operated her own spa in Bolton.
Alma is a passionate for her career and strongly believes education is the key to success. The reason why she continues advanced training on an ongoing basis is to further enhance her education and to extend her knowledge of the products she uses and advises to her clients for home care.
Her training upgrade in 2012 was to receive her advanced diploma as a Certified Master Pedicurist (CMP) graduating from the North American School of Podology.
Her areas of expertise include advanced skin care facials, Microdermabrasion, pedicures, manicures, waxing hair removal for ladies and gentlemen, Swedish massage, reductive massage, slimming body wrap treatments, ear candling, eye brow and lashes tinting, eyelash perm, make-up, hair color, laser hair removal and photo facials.
